Every package gives your guests a branded Wi-Fi front door with your venue's name on it. Move up a level when you want their details, and up again when you want to see how often they come back. Per venue, per month.

No VAT is added. The price you see is the price on the invoice — there is nothing to add on at 20%.

We run on your existing broadband: all we need is a spare network port, a power socket and a spot with good signal to guests. Broadband and line charges are not included.

All three packages work at a fixed venue or on the move. The same portal, the same guest sign-up and the same reporting run in a pub, a hotel, a salon or a shop — and on a coach, a minibus or a tour vehicle with WiFi in Motion.

Basic gives guests a clean branded login page and one tap to get online. Data Collection adds a short sign-up, so the guest list becomes yours — with a separate, unticked marketing opt-in, because under PECR a WiFi login is not consent to be marketed to. Guest Insights adds the numbers behind that list: visits, new versus returning guests, busy times and how long people stay.

Priced on top of the package. Advertising is a fixed monthly add-on; vouchers and paid access are quoted per venue; WiFi in Motion is charged per vehicle on top of whichever package you are on.

Router & setup

Included on 12 months, or £149 one-off

The router is configured, tested and boxed before it leaves us, then dispatched from within the UK on a UK courier. Plug it into a spare port on your broadband router and it comes up on your branded login page. No site survey fee and no installation charge.

Advertising module

£19/mo

A tap-to-connect advert on your login page, or a short video before the login box. Sell the space to a local advertiser or run your own offers. Added to any package.

Vouchers & paid access

Quoted per venue

Voucher codes and paid sessions on the login page, at prices you set and collect. An add-on to any package, not included in the package price.

WiFi in Motion (vehicle WiFi)

Your package + £10/vehicle/mo

Guest Wi-Fi on coaches, minibuses, shuttles and tour vehicles, on any of the three packages. Fleet discounts available. SIM card and data are not included.

Extra venues

Same price per venue

Every venue is the same monthly price, with one login that covers the group. We do not charge a per-site surcharge on top of the package.

Thirteen UK suppliers were checked on 17 September 2026 and again on 1 November 2026. These are their own published terms, each with the date we saw it, so you can check them yourself before you compare anything with us.

Guest caps and overage

CaptiFi's new Lite tier allows 500 new guests a month. Spotipo caps at 2,000 and 5,000 unique guests a month. Beambox warns of "additional one-off fees … depending on how many guests you have" in its database. CaptiveFlow Solo caps at 30 concurrent guests.

With us: No guest cap and no overage charge on any of our three packages.

CaptiFi publishes +£25 a month for each extra site. Beambox discounts additional sites but charges for each one.

Survey and installation

Genmar IT publishes site surveys from £500 (predictive) and from £1,000 (onsite day rate); Haptic Networks from £750 for a small office. Click Telecom publishes £500 to £2,500 for pub WiFi hardware and installation.

With us: No survey fee and no installation charge. The router is configured and tested before it is dispatched, and it comes to you from within the UK on a UK courier, with nothing to pay on delivery.

To be fair about it: there are genuinely free and cheaper UK options — Purple's Connect tier is free, CaptiveWiFi's Starter tier is free for a single venue, and CaptiFi now has a Lite tier at £19.99 a month in CaptiFi's own branding. Its other tiers are Essentials at £39 a month on an annual plan or £49 monthly, Growth at £69 a month on an annual plan, and Pro (formerly Multi-Site) at £119 annual or £149 monthly. Included hardware is normal at the entry band rather than a differentiator: CaptiFi offers a device against a £60 refundable deposit, CaptiveFlow includes its unit at £29 a month and Beambox loans one that goes back if you cancel.

One more thing worth knowing: of the six suppliers we first checked that publish a monthly price, none states whether VAT is on top of it, and several other UK suppliers quote prices ex VAT. With us that question does not arise — no VAT is added.
