Holiday parks, caravan parks and campsites
You sell the pitch by the night. Sell the WiFi the same way.
Holiday parks are the one UK category where guest WiFi is a product rather than a courtesy — families arriving for a week genuinely want it and will genuinely pay for it. Voucher codes by the night or the week, free access in the clubhouse and reception, prices you set and collect, and no charge from us when the site is full in August.
From £39 per site per month, no VAT added. Vouchers & paid access: quoted per venue. No site survey fee, no installation charge.
WiFi as a line on the price list
Everything else on your park is sold by the night. Why not this?
Vouchers and paid access are an add-on to any package, quoted per park, because a touring site and a lodge park are not the same job.
You already sell everything else by the night
The pitch, the hook-up, the awning, the dog. WiFi is the one thing most parks still hand over as an afterthought with a password that the whole field knows by Tuesday. Voucher codes are issued by time or by data allowance — a night, a week, a fortnight — which is the same shape as the rest of your price list.
What it sells for is yours, and so is the money
You set the price and you collect it. We charge the park a monthly fee for the package and the add-on. We do not take a cut of what your guests pay, and we are not in the middle of the transaction.
Free where it helps, paid where it counts
A free tier in the clubhouse, the reception and the shop, so arrivals can check in and look up the tide times, and a paid or voucher tier on the pitches for families settling in for a week. You can run both at once and change the balance between seasons.
The August problem
A full park should not cost you more to run.
This is the single biggest thing to check on any quote you are given, and it is the one most likely to be buried.
No guest cap and no overage — this is the category where it matters
A full park in the first week of August is hundreds of families and well over a thousand devices. A lot of UK guest WiFi is priced by how many people connect each month, in tiers, with a charge when you go over. That is a pricing model designed around a café. We do not count your guests and we do not charge an overage.
A limit per device is what keeps it usable
One caravan streaming films all evening should not be the reason the pitch next door cannot load anything. Time and bandwidth limits are set per access tier and enforced on the router, so the connection is shared out rather than won.
A season, not a year
A park that closes for the winter should not be signing a twelve-month hardware deal. The router is included on a 12-month plan, or £149 one-off if you would rather stay on rolling monthly. No site survey fee. No installation charge. The rolling monthly option exists exactly for seasonal sites.
Reception is not the WiFi desk
Nobody at the park logs into anything. Codes are generated for you, and a change to the login page, a limit or an access rule happens from our side — usually the same day, and the park carries on as normal while we make it.
Families
What we do for a family park, and what we do not.
The third card here is the one most suppliers leave out. We would rather you read it now than find out in your second season.
Every family gets their own session
Not a park-wide password that has been on the noticeboard since Easter and is in the phone of everyone who stayed here in June. Access is granted per session on the terms you set, and there is nothing to change at the end of the season.
Your terms, accepted before anybody goes online
Your acceptable use policy sits on the login step and has to be actively accepted. That is a real record that every household was shown the rules, with the time they agreed to them — which is more than a laminated sign by the shower block gives you.
Filtering is set on your broadband line, by your provider
This matters on a family park, so here it is plainly. We log connection metadata; we do not inspect what guests look at and we do not sell content filtering by category. Be careful of anyone telling you the Online Safety Act obliges your park to filter: it regulates online services, not venue WiFi, and filtering at a venue is a duty-of-care expectation rather than a statutory duty on you. If you decide you want filtering, that is a real decision worth making properly, and we would rather you made it with the law stated correctly than sold to you on a scare.
Guests are nowhere near your own systems
The office PC, the booking system, the card terminal in the shop and the barrier all sit on the network your business runs on. Guests sit on their own. No card data ever touches us.
Covering the site
A building is easy. A field is a plan.
Parks are the hardest coverage job in UK hospitality, and we are not going to sell you a single box and hope.
A park is acres, not a room
One router does not cover a field, and we are not going to imply it does. The unit we supply covers a building — reception, the clubhouse, the shop, the amenity block. Covering pitches means access points out across the site, and that is a real piece of work.
We do the plan, your contractor does the ground
We work out where the access points go and what they need, and give you the plan and the kit list. Your own electrician or IT contractor — often somebody already on site for the season — fits them. Then we configure them from our side and they join the same managed setup.
Nothing to pay to find out
Published UK prices for a WiFi site survey start at £500, and an on-site day is quoted at around £1,000, before you have decided anything. We do not charge for a survey and we do not charge for installation.
The broadband line is not included
We run on your existing broadband: all we need is a spare network port, a power socket and a spot with good signal to guests. Broadband and line charges are not included.
Pricing
Three packages, per site, per month.
Fixed monthly fee, no cap on how many guests connect, no overage charge, and written notice to leave. On rolling monthly, one calendar month's notice. On a 12-month plan, the balance of the term falls due — unless you took the £149 hardware option, in which case a month's notice is all it is.
Basic
£39/moVenues that want guests online in one tap, with their own name on the screen.
Basic + Data Collection
£59/moVenues that want a guest list they can actually use.
Basic + Data + Guest Insights
£89/moVenues that want to know their busy hours and their repeat custom, not just their guest count.
No VAT is added — we are not UK VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. Vouchers and paid access are an add-on on top, quoted per venue. Running more than one park? Every site is the same price per site, with one login covering the group and no per-site surcharge. Support runs Monday to Friday, 06:00–15:00 GMT (07:00–16:00 BST), which is open before the first arrivals.
